compact room with convenient amenities
large tv fluffy towels blackout curtain
the room had a fridge sink microwave and large tv. fluffy towels were provided. i found the blackout curtain effective it allowed for restful sleep.
the room felt quite small bathroom dimensions were tight. getting into the shower required stepping over the toilet i found that inconvenient.

the hotel is near the castle but located in a quieter area. this provides a balance between accessibility and peace. princess street is also within a short walking distance from the hotel.

easy access friendly staff modern room blackout curtains
the location worked well , it allowed easy access to nearby attractions. the staff were friendly and efficient. the room was modern and clean. i liked the blackout curtains , they ensured a good night's sleep.
the absence of on-site laundry service posed a minor inconvenience.

effective communication disabled parking fluffy towels
The staff was always available. They also communicated effectively using the app. disabled parking access proved to be a massive help. i appreciated the provided large fluffy towels.
i expected a bigger window to enjoy a greater view, though the current view was still good.

location needs improvement. rooms is small.
poor location small rooms
The location wasn't great for seeing sights. i needed a taxi all the time. i thought i might walk but that wasn't possible. also, the room are small. I found them rather tight. the city centre would have been a better option. also, i ask for a later check out, but was tell i will pay extra for each 1 hour. i stay in hundreds of premium hotels around the world and it's the first time i am ask to pay for checking out later. this is not good.

the room felt quite small for two people i struggled with luggage space. the lack of an on-site restaurant was also a drawback there were limited breakfast options. i had to find alternatives each morning which was not ideal, blood spots. also there was no apology for the same
